I have been a business owner for 20+ years. My specialty is assessing, strategic planning, busting through obstacles, and overseeing daily operations to eventually sell for a profit. This skill set has transcended to real estate. My original interest was in purchasing my own run down properties, creating a plan to remodel based on what would be most important to a new owner, sourcing supplies, hands on management of each phase of the remodel until I delivered a home I would be happy to occupy myself. The sport is in finding eligible properties, evaluating comps to determine ROI, and negotiating the deal. Friends and associates noticed my passion for bringing neglected homes back to life and started either asking for advice or referring new opportunities. This momentum inspired the obtainment of my real estate license so I could assist others in successful real estate investments. I take care to educate a potential seller on their options and am there to assist them achieve their best scenario. My clients consistently tell me I go above and beyond.
